Step n Stroll
ClasS Description
J-RoMeO’s classes focus on the Greek (Fraternity and Sorority) Style of Stepping and Strolling. He begins class with a warm up which includes stretching, calisthenics, vocal exercises, listening skills, and across the floor work. Although stepping can be very militant, J-RoMeO adds the fun to the class using Chants, Music, or Props.
What is Stepping?
Stepping is a style of dance that uses the dancer’s body as an instrument to produce percussive beats, rhythms and sounds. Steppers also use other items to make beats such as canes, machetes, and other props. Stepping has elements of many styles of dance including: African, Dancehall, Tap, Hip Hop, and Latin, to name a few.

What is strolling?
